Job summary

Lucky Goat Coffee in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to lead the visual development of digital campaigns. From concept to execution, you will create original content that communicates the beauty of specialty coffee and ensures brand consistency across web, email, social, and print.

The role reports to the Senior Graphic Designer and requires a strong portfolio, 3+ years in print/web design, and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in print, web, and/or interactive graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a full range of work from detailed visuals to campaigns.
• Experience designing email marketing campaigns and website/digital platforms is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is required.
• Strong understanding of design principles including composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and execution-focused with a clear view of how design contributes to brand strength.
• Strong awareness of current design trends and ability to translate them into brand-aligned concepts.
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and adapt to feedback and pivots.
• Innovative thinker with strategic design solutions.
• Experience in the coffee or broader food & beverage industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual development of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social, mobile, and paid advertising.
• Create original product and marketing content that communicates the beauty of specialty coffee and brings the brand to life.
• Establish and maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
• Oversee design projects from concept to final execution across visual, web, print, and branding initiatives for customer-facing and internal departments.
• Apply UX/UI principles, responsive design standards, and accessibility best practices to digital creative.
• Develop color, pattern, and illustration executions for physical products with Product Development and Branding teams.
• Partner with the Branding team to enhance the brand through photography, seasonal campaigns, product design, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and enhance marketing collateral across departments while aligning with brand standards.
• Develop design systems, templates, and style guides to support scalable marketing execution.
