Brand Strategy & Management

General Summary: The Brand Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that all company events, environments, and touchpoints reflect our approved brand standards. This role is responsible for executing event logistics, maintaining brand consistency across physical spaces, and supporting internal and external-facing initiatives with attention to detail and brand accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to implementing our brand guidelines consistently and effectively, ensuring the look, feel, and experience of our brand remain cohesive and true to our established identity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with corporate branding guidelines to ensure all locations and fleet portray appropriate branding standards, reflecting a professional appearance and quality.
  2. Manage the employee clothing program, ensuring consistent and high-quality branding in uniforms and gear.
  3. Monitor and report on brand compliance across locations, materials, and touchpoints to ensure accuracy and consistency with corporate messaging.
  4. Own all aspects of corporate events, including internal meetings, community outreach, and customer-facing events, covering lodging, food and beverage, travel, entertainment, and venue management.
  5. Manage sponsorship and donation requests, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
  6. Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing to recommend branding strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  7. Assist in implementing marketing programs and sales promotions to support sales targets.
  8. Provide product-specific data to advertising and marketing teams.
  9. Work with internal designers, marketing staff, and external agencies to produce and distribute promotional content.
  10. Participate in review and approval processes for ads, collateral, and branded materials to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  11. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  12. Provide coaching or mentorship to support staff or interns as needed.
  13. Travel regularly to ensure branding standards at all locations and support regional or company-wide events.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience / Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma required, plus at least 2 years of successful event experience.
  2. Ability to hold a valid Wyoming or Idaho Driver’s License.
