Job summary

Archipelago Companies seeks a Brand Controller for melin, overseeing the accounting function within Tradewind Services. This role partners with brand leadership, reports to corporate accounting, and supports other close activities across Tradewind.

The position requires 8–10 years in accounting, Big 4 exposure, and ERP experience (FullCircle/NetSuite/Dynamics). In-office hybrid in Irvine with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA required with 8–10 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a multi-entity, multi-brand organization.
• Intercompany and international accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand's financial statements and reporting packages, ensuring accurate roll-up into Tradewind Services' consolidated financials.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and close schedules.
• Manage the brand's monthly, quarterly, and annual close calendar in alignment with corporate timelines.
• Prepare brand-level reporting packages for Corporate Controller and brand leadership.
• Lead internal controls and support external audits.
