The role involves creating compelling sales collateral, customer testimonials, and survey templates, with a focus on customer education, lead generation, and industry leadership.

Qualifications

• Customer service or related experience in a marketing context.
• Marketing/office experience is desirable.
• Graphic design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop content including blog articles, case studies, white papers, guides, and emails.
• Create monthly content calendars and write posts for social media.
• Coordinate photography, video, and graphic design requests.
• Maintain brand standards and consistency across five business units.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as decks and product one-pagers.
• Coordinate customer testimonials and branded survey materials.
