30hop Group is seeking a full-time Brand Content Producer to join our team in Des Moines. Create original photo and video across 30hop, Tribute Eatery & Bar, and Iowa Athletic Club, capturing food, people, and experiences that make each brand unique.

From openings and everyday moments to long-form video and YouTube stories, you’ll help bring our brands to life. Salary: $60,000 to $75,000/year based on experience.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of shooting and editing with a portfolio showing people and stories, not just plates.
• Excellent command of photo and cinema cameras, lighting, and editing software.

Responsabilités

• Shoot and edit photo and video for 30hop Group brands (30hop, Tribute Eatery & Bar, Iowa Athletic Club).
• Tell stories behind each brand as a series, not one-offs.
• Maintain a current media library for all brands and campaigns, delivered ahead of schedule.
• Cover openings of new locations (2027) and travel to maintain coverage across stores.
• Produce long-form YouTube content and repurpose into short-form pieces.
• Create media for staff training guides filmed on-site with real staff.
• Identify on-camera staff and help them feel comfortable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
