Brød & Taylor in North Adams, MA is hiring a Brand Content Producer to turn baking expertise into compelling branded content. You will shape the content roadmap with Marketing, identify stories, develop briefs, scripts, and shot lists, and manage shoots with creators and partners.

You’ll direct talent, shoot and edit content, and repurpose for social, email, web and Amazon. The role emphasizes craft, storytelling and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in branded content, creative production, content creation or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showing idea to production to finished work.
• Strong creative instincts and visual taste.
• Comfortable developing a concept and then getting behind the camera to make it happen.
• Experience working with creators, videographers and other production partners.
• Comfortable filming on both a phone and a camera, responsible for camera setup, lighting and audio.
• Editing in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Able to use performance data to make smarter content decisions.
• Highly organized, collaborative and independent work.
• Knowledge of bread baking or enthusiasm for learning the craft.

Responsabilités

• Develop the product and craft content roadmap in partnership with the Marketing team.
• Identify the stories, products, techniques and ideas to bring to life.
• Develop concepts, briefs, scripts, storyboards and shot lists.
• Plan and coordinate shoots from concept through final asset.
• Source and manage creators, videographers, photographers and other production partners.
• Direct talent and production to bring the creative vision to life.
• Shoot and edit quick-turn content yourself.
• Create product demos, how-tos, recipes and baking content.
• Develop content for social, email, web, Amazon and other channels.
• Review content performance to understand audience connection.
• Identify patterns to improve future content and production.
