Job summary

National Painting Group is seeking a visionary content professional to own the end-to-end creation process for Painting Business Pro and my personal brand. You’ll handle ideation, scripting, filming, and editing, then build a team and scalable flywheel from Fort Collins.

You’ll collaborate with me and the marketing lead to ensure on-brand, high-impact output across channels. You’ll drive strategy, pre-production, and production, delivering content that aligns with growth targets and platform

Responsibilities

• Taking over ideation, scripting, filming, editing and delivery in-house within 30 days.
• Owning strategy and pre-production: topics, scripts, hooks, visuals planning for easy filming and on-brand output.
• Running production: cameras, lighting, audio, set, in-studio with founder in Fort Collins and at events.
• Editing and delivering long-form and short-form content for multiple platforms, leveraging analytics to guide future work.
• Using AI to stay ahead of platforms and trends for higher-quality output.
• Grow the numbers: establish a brand strategy and monthly rhythm, targeting significant growth in views and followers.
