Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about repurposing and optimizing content for impact, and driving engagement across the buyer journey. You’ll play a key role in supporting our content strategy, managing assets, and ensuring consistency across campaigns, channels, and client touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of existing content, how it aligns to each stage of the buyer journey, and where/how it’s used today across channels
  • Collaborate with the Head of Content to evaluate and recommend content needs based on target client buyer personas
  • Repurpose existing assets (case studies, articles, video, service sheets, bios) into new formats for website, email, digital, social, campaigns, and proposals
  • Organize and manage company content assets including image libraries; and conduct regular audits to maintain these libraries
  • Maintain an up-to-date and well-organized content asset library with clear tagging by industry, service area, and project type both internally and including website content on CMS (WordPress)
  • Create a repository of searchable quotes and value propositions extracted from client case studies
  • Gather new content ideas from field teams and contribute to the content roadmap
  • Support company social media programs with content across all business pillars
  • Collaborate with Marketing Directors to align content to campaign lead generation goals
  • Learn and support the use of marketing automation (Marketo) to help develop lead nurture workflows
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of website landing pages with fresh content
  • Support and maintain company intranet by uploading and updating internal content
  • Help develop and manage content for newsletters and other client-facing publications

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications (title based on experience level)
  • Strong writing, editing, and content repurposing skills
  • Experience organizing and managing digital content libraries and shared assets
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Sitefinity, etc.)
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms (Marketo) preferred
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience working in B2B, consulting, or technical services industry preferred
