Cella by Randstad Digital in Franklin, TN is seeking a hands-on Creative Marketing Assistant to build the company’s digital footprint from the ground up. You will own branding, multi‑channel content, and daily engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms, reporting to leadership.

The role requires strong graphic design and video editing skills with Adobe InDesign, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to work in‑person at first and then hybrid. Knowledge of AI tools and Japanese market is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
• Ability to take full ownership of marketing function in a startup-like environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign is required.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and actively manage the company's digital presence and brand across channels.
• Shoot, edit, and produce video/content for website, YouTube, and social channels.
• Design newsletters and repurpose assets using InDesign and AI tools.
• Maintain and update the master product catalog and sales docs.
• Research, recommend, and apply AI tools to improve content workflows.
• Collaborate with external web designers and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding.
