Cella by Randstad Digital in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Marketing Intelligence Analyst to turn marketing data into strategic insights and predictive models. You’ll collaborate with marketing leadership to shape campaign design, messaging, and spend allocation, while leveraging AI and data intelligence to scale personalization and optimize the full funnel.

Qualifications

• Applied campaign analytics experience with marketing performance evaluation.
• Ability to build and manage complex Power BI dashboards end-to-end.
• Strong marketing sense linking insights to business results.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility across campaigns.
• Evaluate marketing metrics to identify trends and drivers of engagement and conversions.
• Develop predictive models to forecast outcomes and optimize spend and timing.
• Support AI-driven strategies, including persona enrichment and targeted engagement.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
