Job summary

Cella, a Randstad digital company, seeks a creative, hands-on designer to lead packaging, brand and visual innovation projects for Mielle. This contract role is remote (telecommute) with compensation of $30–$35 per hour, delivering production-ready artwork while preserving strict brand consistency.

You will develop packaging concepts, brand expressions, campaigns, and mockups, collaborating with agencies and vendors, and managing projects from concept through final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development for packaging and Innovation projects.
• Develop packaging and label concepts.
• Support new products, renovations, launches, extensions, and portfolio updates.
• Develop packaging architecture across relevant SKUs.
• Explore typography, color, hierarchy, iconography, claims, and product benefits.
• Create mockups, explorations, presentations, and visualizations.
• Develop or direct product and packaging renders for production readiness.
• Maintain alignment with Mielle brand standards.
• Develop and evolve brand creative across initiatives and launches.
• Translate strategy into strong visual concepts and brand expression.
