Job summary

Catapult Solutions Group is seeking a Social Media Community Manager to represent major consumer brands across Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, threads and other platforms. The role focuses on community engagement, organic social, social listening, and brand reputation.

You will engage directly with consumers, identify opportunities to join conversations, and help build trusted communities where the brand provides genuine value. Reddit expertise is especially important.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in community management or organic social roles.
• Proven ability to engage consumers directly on behalf of a brand.
• Strong writing skills with adaptable brand voice across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage consumers across Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and Threads.
• Build and grow trusted online communities with focus on Reddit.
• Write authentic responses using established brand voices and personas.
• Monitor conversations, trends, sentiment, and issues across platforms.
• Use Sprinklr for social listening to identify insights and opportunities.
• Support organic publishing and real-time community engagement.
• Help develop social playbooks and engagement guidelines.
• Respond to customer questions and steer conversations when needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Customer Care and agencies.
