Job summary

TxtCart is seeking a hands-on Head of Brand & Community to own social, community, creator partnerships, and our YouTube channel. You’ll be the face of our content and ghostwrite the founders’ personal brands while building a robust affiliate program.

This contractor role is a builder seat, not a manager position. You’ll work directly with the CEO, execute with speed, and leverage AI to scale output across channels and communities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of social media management experience at a B2B SaaS or DTC/eCommerce company.
• Strong content creation portfolio with writing, design, and video samples.
• Excellent on-camera presence with clear, professional English (for YouTube hosting).
• Proficient in AI-assisted production workflows and automation.
• Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working async and remote with high written communication standards.

Responsibilities

• Own TxtCart's social presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Lead creator partnerships and build an affiliate/creator program from scratch.
• Ghostwrite founder personal brand content and manage YouTube hosting.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with partnerships, SEO, and product teams to align content.
