Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications or admin support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal email accounts and distribution lists across multiple brands.
• Develop and edit marketing materials and intranet content.
• Coordinate events, sponsor logistics and materials distribution.
• Manage social media content, calendars, and reporting.
• Upload, organize, and tag photos in the digital asset library.
• Provide admin support and vendor coordination for the team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve workflows.
