Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Communications PR Intern in the Virginia area to support internal communications, public relations activities, content development, and special projects. You will collaborate with Human Resources and Marketing & Communications teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities include drafting announcements, assisting with press releases and articles, updating intranet content, and creating presentation materials aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Interest in corporate communications, public relations, employee engagement, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and editing internal communications, employee announcements, and executive messages.
• Support the development of press releases, articles, employee spotlights, and other written content.
• Help maintain and update intranet content and internal communication channels.
• Support communication planning for company events, campaigns, and special projects.
• Create basic presentations and communication materials using approved brand standards.
• Assist with content organization, proofreading, and project tracking.
