You will manage a team, partner with cross-functional leaders, set KPIs, oversee digital marketing, PR, and internal comms, and ensure a cohesive voice across platforms to support growth and visibility.

• Develop and implement annual marketing and communications plans aligned with senior leadership priorities.
• Manage and develop the marketing and communications team, set priorities and ensure timely delivery.
• Establish and track KPIs, report results, and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and internal teams to support activities.
• Plan campaigns and content across traditional and digital channels to increase visibility.
• Oversee brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across materials and platforms.
• Coordinate with departments to develop consistent communications and support business needs.
• Manage budgets, agencies, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
