Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support internal and external messaging, plan events, and provide administrative support across departments. The role drives brand awareness through email, social media, and newsletters while coordinating communications for both Triple Crown and Colonial Golf & Tennis Club.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content execution, and communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related field is required.
• Experience using WordPress is highly preferred.
• Experience using Constant Contact or other marketing platforms is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to write and edit clear, engaging content.
• Occasionally works outside normal hours to assist with events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email and texting marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Coordinate creation and distribution of monthly resident newsletters, email blasts, and texting.
• Coordinate bulk mailings through Taradel with mapping, quotes, artwork, and follow-up.
• Utilize Brandwatch to create content and post across platforms.
• Coordinate planning and execution of company events, meetings, and employee activities.
• Manage social media and Google accounts for upcoming communities.
