Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support internal and external messaging and assist with events. The role collaborates across departments to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

The candidate will develop email/text campaigns, coordinate monthly newsletters, and oversee communications on the Employee Intranet and internal channels. A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing is required, with 2–4 years of experience and proficiency in Adobe

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of digital marketing, content execution, and communications experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with WordPress and Constant Contact preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email and texting marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Coordinate monthly newsletters, email blasts, and texting communications.
• Manage bulk mailings via Taradel, including quotes and artwork submission.
• Utilize Brandwatch to create content and post on social platforms.
• Coordinate planning and execution of company events and employee activities.
• Manage social media and Google accounts for new communities.
