The Brand Client Success Manager is a key position that drives client retention and long-term revenue growth for KickCharge Creative. As the primary point of contact for clients, this role oversees a wide range of print and design projects while balancing genuine client advocacy with our team’s expertise and company standards. The Client Success Manager is a strategic partner who builds trusted relationships, anticipates client needs and follows through with excellence on every project.
Beyond day-to-day project management, this role contributes directly to agency growth by strengthening existing accounts and bringing forward ideas that improve client outcomes. Because client relationships are the foundation of our business, we’re looking for someone who wants to perform at the top of the industry.
Key Job Requirements
- Client Relationships. Build relationships clients trust through regular, meaningful engagement, guidance on best practices and genuine advocacy for their best interests.
- Client Communication. Respond to clients promptly, choosing the method that best serves each situation, whether that is a phone call, a text or a project platform message, and communicate with the confidence of a trusted partner invested in the legacy of their brand.
- Project Oversight. Serve as the primary project manager for print and design projects, monitoring deadlines and deliverables to catch risks before they affect the client or the timeline.
- Goal Alignment. Discuss project goals directly with clients and ask questions until the goal and its downstream effects are fully understood, so details can be relayed to the internal team accurately and completely.
- Quality Assurance. Identify when a deliverable falls short of quality standards, project specifications or client expectations, and work with internal teams to close the gap.
- Timelines and Resource Coordination. Develop and maintain project timelines, collaborating with internal teams, external vendors and management to meet deadlines and milestones, allocate resources efficiently and optimize project workflows.
- Problem Solving. Proactively identify challenges throughout the project lifecycle and bring forward effective solutions that lead to successful project outcomes. When a client request isn’t in their best interest, think through the reasoning and recommend an alternative that still supports their goals.
- Budget Management. Manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints, reviewing budget adherence regularly and flagging risk before costs exceed the approved scope.
- Organization and Documentation. Keep every project organized, current and clearly documented from start to finish. Projects serve as official company records as well as project management tools, so accurate organization ensures anyone on the team can pick up an account without confusion and that the agency has a reliable history of every client’s work.
- Retention and Growth. Review accounts regularly to strengthen client retention and identify growth opportunities, and contribute to team growth goals with recommendations that are strategic and genuinely add value for the client. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team as needed to achieve company revenue goals.
- Administrative Tasks. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to client accounts to keep operations running smoothly.
