• 3–5+ years of account management/client services experience, ideally in advertising, branding, or a creative agency.
• Experience managing integrated branding, advertising, and/or digital campaigns.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and project requests across branding, advertising, and marketing initiatives
• Partner with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to keep projects moving efficiently
• Translate client needs and feedback into clear creative briefs and actionable next steps
• Manage creative reviews, revisions, approvals, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, scopes, and financials
• Lead internal and client-facing status meetings and presentations
• Maintain strong quality assurance, version control, and proofreading processes
• Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, brand, and objectives
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client relationships
