The role involves collaborating with departments, managing timelines, and coordinating with vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality assets and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or related field with 3–5 years of experience across print, online, and social media.
• Experience working with websites, social media platforms, and agencies.
• Ability to write marketing plans and business correspondence, presentation materials, and informational content.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of annual strategic marketing plans.
• Develop marketing assets and collateral; coordinate timelines and traffic deliverables.
• Collaborate with graphic designer; manage design queue and maintain shared files.
• Monitor brand usage and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Oversee development of promotional items and printed materials; coordinate with vendors.
• Execute electronic newsletters and digital mailings.
• Handle day-to-day website needs: content updates, landing pages, and integrations; coordinate with digital agency.
• Provide reporting through Google Analytics and support online channels.
• Support external agencies and events; assist with communications and materials.
• Create marketing presentations and data reports; assist with social media content calendar and assets.
