Job summary

Berlin Packaging is seeking a Creative Designer to join our Marketing team in Chicago. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, design logos, brochures, infographics, webpages, and sales tools, while aligning with brand standards and collaborating across functions to drive demand.

The role requires 5+ years of marketing design, proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign, and familiarity with web design and no-code tools. Hybrid work from our Merchandise Mart HQ is offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BFA in Visual Communications Design or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related marketing design experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Experience with AI content generation tools.
• Basic 3D design & rendering knowledge.
• Basic web design knowledge (HTML/CSS) and no-code tools.
• Hybrid work schedule at HQ in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Design logos, brochures, presentations, infographics, webpages, and more.
• Create marketing assets for Berlin Packaging brands.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards and visual identity.
• Collaborate with Marketing Design Manager and Brand Director.
• Partner with all departments to hit goals.
• Uphold Berlin Values with teamwork, innovation, and profitability.
