Job summary

C.A. Fortune seeks a Senior Designer to elevate design across brand identity, packaging, and integrated campaigns. You will own layouts, typography, color, and overall visual execution while managing multiple client accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of agency experience, a strong portfolio across packaging and digital work, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Hybrid work includes in-office days in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across packaging, print, digital, and social.
• Experience working on CPG branding, logo and packaging design is highly desired.
• Confident presenting creative concepts and executions directly to clients.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas, not just execute them.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, on-brand creative across identity, packaging, digital, social, print, and campaigns from concept to final files.
• Lead design on select accounts; collaborate with Creative Directors on others.
• Present concepts and design rationale to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Own branding and identity exercises including logo and typography systems.
• Lead packaging design from concepts through production-ready files.
• Support photo and video shoots and contribute on-set as needed.
