This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to align marketing with sales and oversees content creation for mail, email, social media, video, and print. The coordinator will support website updates via Shopify, manage social campaigns, draft press releases, analyze performance, and contribute bi-weekly to the company newsletter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Must be computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) preferred.
• Photography experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely and appropriately in all AgCertain environments
• Create and implement marketing plans to build awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing with sales
• Curate content for all channels: mail, email, social, video, and print
• Assist with managing website design through Shopify
• Coordinate social campaigns across channels and design graphics
• Write and edit press releases
• Prepare analytics reports from social media
• Compose bi-weekly content for the company newsletter
• Participate in company trainings
• Perform other duties as assigned
