Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through engaging service and product knowledge, delivering a best-in-class experience. You’ll educate customers, nurture loyalty, and partner with leadership to drive sales using an omni-channel approach.

As part of a fast-paced team, you’ll maintain a neat store, assist on the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap, while promoting loyalty programs and upholding the brand standards across channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to drive sales and loyalty using suggestive selling.

• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and backroom as required.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
