Gap in Phoenix is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our optimistic American style to life, delivering excellent customer service and educating customers on our loyalty programs.

You will work across the sales floor and omnichannel channels, collaborating with leadership to create a best-in-class shopping experience for every customer.

Flexibility is required, including holidays, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Drive sales and service using suggestive selling and omni-channel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions courteously and resolve issues promptly.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
