Old Navy in Moscow, Idaho is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver outstanding service, educate shoppers about products, and use an omnichannel approach to connect with customers.

Collaborate with leadership to create a best-in-class shopping experience, maintain a neat store, promote loyalty programs, and support sales floor operations while upholding a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Customer-focused service provider on and off the sales floor.
• Retail passion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to use retail technology and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
