Anthropologie in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Assistant Department Manager to support service, selling, and operations. You will help create an engaging store environment and promote the SPARKED brand values.

You will lead the salesfloor, assist with hiring, onboarding, and training, coordinate in-store events, and ensure smooth daily operations from opening to closing. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience being a team player.
• Anthro brand fan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the salesfloor and drive engagement in each zone while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build a diverse, engaged team.
• Support daily operations including opening/closing procedures, stocking, and facilities or IT issues.
• Collaborate with partners to execute shipment and omni fulfillment; uphold visual standards.
• Provide feedback on training needs to support scheduling and brand initiatives.
