Responsibilities

• Assist with opening/closing procedures, stock, and IT/issues.
• Collaborate on shipment, omni fulfillment, markdowns, and visual standards.
• Provide feedback to improve scheduling and payroll alignment.
• Foster open communication and a people-first culture.
• Share customer and staff insights with store leadership.
