Anthropologie in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Department Manager to support service, selling, and store operations, promoting a welcoming store environment aligned with the SPARKED program. You will lead the sales floor and mentor teammates to enhance the customer experience.

You will collaborate with store leadership, stylists, and partners to execute events, drive brand engagement, and maintain standards across opening/closing, stock, and scheduling to meet store objectives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to promote exceptional customer service.
• Experience coordinating store operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, inclusive store environment aligning with brand values.
• Lead salesfloor engagement and communicate store priorities.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build diverse teams.
• Oversee daily operating processes, openings/closings, stock and facilities issues.
• Collaborate on shipment, omni fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.
