Responsibilities

• Lead art direction and creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and content across six brands.
• Plan and oversee photoshoots from concept to delivery, including mood boards and casting.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand identity alignment in imagery.
• Oversee daily workflow of the creative team, setting priorities and providing direction.
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, producers, and freelancers to produce assets.
• Develop briefs, manage timelines, and ensure budgets are respected.
• Direct visual storytelling across email, websites, social, ecommerce, and ads.
• Evolve each brand’s visual language while preserving character.
• Contribute new concepts to support marketing and creative orgs.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance concept development and workflows.
