Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Art Director to establish and oversee the creative vision for six fashion brands, guiding campaigns, digital content, and photoshoots from ideation to final delivery.

This role blends hands-on leadership with bold, story-driven visuals across multiple brand identities. You will lead art direction, plan shoots, collaborate with design teams, and mentor a creative team to deliver high‑impact imagery while maintaining brand consistency.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of professional experience in art direction or design, preferably fashion/retail.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in campaign development, photography, and storytelling.
• Proven experience directing photoshoots and collaborating with photographers and external creatives.
• Background in leading, managing, or mentoring members of a creative team.
• Ability to work effectively with product and design teams to develop cohesive, brand‑aligned creative.
• Exceptional visual sensibility with strong understanding of composition, styling, typography, and imagery.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Practical experience using AI‑driven creative tools in the creative process.
• Ability to balance high‑level creative strategy and hands‑on execution.

Mansioni

• Lead the development of art direction and creative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and ongoing content initiatives across all six brands.
• Plan and oversee photoshoots from start to finish, including concept development, mood boards, shot planning, talent casting, styling, and direction on set.
• Collaborate closely with each brand’s design team to ensure campaign imagery reflects the collections and maintains brand identity.
• Oversee the creative team’s day‑to‑day workflow, establish priorities, provide direction, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, producers, and freelancers to translate concepts into compelling visual assets.
• Develop comprehensive creative briefs, manage project timelines, and ensure work is delivered within budgets.
• Direct visual content and storytelling across email marketing, websites, social media, ecommerce, and paid ads.
• Evolve and refine each brand’s visual language while preserving individual character and positioning.
• Contribute new creative concepts, references, and inspiration to support the wider marketing and creative org.
• Leverage AI‑powered applications to enhance concept development, workflows, and content production.
