ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Art Director to establish and oversee the creative vision for a portfolio of six fashion brands.

You will guide campaigns, digital content, and photoshoots from ideation to final delivery, inspiring a multidisciplinary team to execute a cohesive brand language. You will lead across multiple brands, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution, while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate content production and maintain distinctive

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in art direction or design, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or retail.
• Portfolio demonstrating campaign development, photography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience directing photoshoots and collaborating with photographers and external creatives.
• Experience leading or mentoring a creative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction and concept development for brand campaigns across six brands.
• Plan and oversee photoshoots from concept to delivery, including mood boards and talent casting.
• Collaborate with design teams to reflect brand identity in campaign imagery.
• Manage day-to-day workflow of the creative team and ensure high quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, producers, and freelancers to translate concepts into visuals.
• Develop creative briefs, manage timelines, and keep projects within budget.
• Direct visual content across email, websites, social, ecommerce, and paid channels.
• Evolve each brand’s visual language while preserving individual brand identity.
• Contribute new concepts and inspiration to the marketing and creative organization.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance concept development and accelerate production.
