We're looking for experienced brand ambassadors who know how to engage crowds, deliver exceptional experiences, and keep energy high. You'll be part of the crew that makes this event unforgettable — from setup to the final high-five.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• MORNING: Learn about the game, training, and space awareness
• DURING EVENT: Greet guests with warmth & professionalism, check people in seamlessly, guide players to stations, hand out branded swag, run activations, manage guest flow, answer questions, ensure every attendee feels valued
• EVENING: Break down the space, load out equipment, pack up materials, restore the venue to pristine condition

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven brand ambassador experience with a track record of success in high‑energy environments
• Must be located in the Boston area
• Reliable transportation (car/reliable commute method) to/from the venue
• Expert‑level customer service & interpersonal skills
• Ability to represent a brand authentically and engage diverse audiences
• Able to work the ENTIRE DAY on Friday, March 27 (setup through breakdown)
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting, moving equipment, standing for extended periods
• Professional demeanor + upbeat, charismatic personality
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Valid ID (must be 18+)
• Smartphone for communication

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience managing guest check‑ins or event registration
• Comfortable speaking to groups and delivering brand messaging
• Multi‑tasking in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
• Social media savvy (taking photos/videos for event content)
