You will understand customer needs, share POP MART’s collectibles story, and provide personalized recommendations to inspire repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilités
