Renewal by Andersen is seeking an outgoing Brand Ambassador Team Lead to coordinate and execute outreach at local community events, driving leads for our sales team. You’ll set up displays, recruit and train ambassadors, and ensure brand messaging stays consistent across venues.

You will lead bi-weekly strategy meetings with the Events Manager, oversee event staffing and logistics, and contribute to planning opportunities to maximize lead quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service; events experience a plus.
• At least 1 year in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Reliable transportation to events across the area.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Brand Ambassador Team Lead supports the company’s marketing initiatives by coordinating and executing outreach efforts at local community events. These activities play a key role in driving lead generation for our sales team. You’ll conduct research and secure event opportunities, manage event calendars, and coordinate logistics. In the field, you’ll assist with staffing events as needed, oversee the event setup and teardown, and conduct site visits to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, farmer’s markets, etc.
• Engage with attendees and book an appointment with one of our amazing design consultants
• Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment
• Learn and confidently communicate brand messaging and product knowledge
• Lead bi-weekly strategy meetings with the Events Manager to review team performance, align on upcoming events, and set team objectives
• Support recruitment and onboarding by assisting with sourcing, hiring, and training brand ambassadors as needed
• Contribute to event planning by researching opportunities, coordinating bookings, and managing logistics for marketing events
• Maintain compliance standards by ensuring all team members follow company policies and procedures and verifying that leads produced by the team meet required qualifications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 2yrs of Customer Service Experience – Prior Events Experience is a Plus
• At least 1yr of Supervisory/Leadership Experience
• Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Event Locations in the Area
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
