Job summary

Coach, Inc. is seeking a Brand Ambassador to energize the sales floor and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding Coach values.

You will lead the team on daily operations, train staff, and contribute to achieving store KPIs, cultivating a customer-centric culture and strong brand awareness in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail leadership and ability to manage weighty duties like stock, merchandising, and talent development will be valued as you help Coach maintain

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing retail space at lead supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives
• Monitors and analyzes sales data to identify trends and improve store performance
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation
• Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual and business performance
• Ensures adherence to company policies and store procedures
