Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Cabazon, CA is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will act as brand ambassador and help meet sales, UPT and ATV targets while fostering strong client relationships.

You will handle opening/closing, inventory tasks, visual standards and after-sales service, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high energy, client-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment.
• Full understanding of specialty retail with a proven track record in clientelling.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced retail environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with clients, peers and management.
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional client experience and embody the brand as a retail ambassador.
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly and annual sales goals and client data capture targets.
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships, including after-sales follow up and product repair/maintenance coordination.
• Support daily store operations such as opening and closing registers, visual maintenance and processing returns and exchanges.
• Maintain seamless inventory operations throughout the day.
• Develop and support business-driving initiatives, contests and events.
• Coach and train sales team members to support performance goals.
• Follow policies and procedures and set an example of operational excellence.
