Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of retail experience.
• Full understanding of specialty retail with proven clientelling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment.

• Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals
• Capture client data and foster genuine client relationships to drive KPIs
• Maintain after sales service including follow up, thank you notes, and product repair coordination
• Support opening and closing registers and other daily operational tasks
• Perform visual maintenance and inventory tasks to ensure operational excellence
• Process returns and exchanges accurately
• Develop initiatives, contests, and events to drive business
• Coach and train sales team members
