Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record achieving sales goals and taking accountability for results.
• Positive and self-motivated to win every customer.
• Consistently demonstrate accountability, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Ambassador by embracing company culture to develop relationships with clients and communities.
• Provide exemplary client service to create a customer-centric, friendly retail environment.
• Drive sales by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and suggesting appropriate options to clients.
• Utilize clienteling tools and outreach to inform customers of events and new product arrivals.
• Support store manager with daily operations and maintain areas of responsibility.
• Maintain knowledge on current merchandise, pricing, and promotions; communicate to clients.
• Assist in opening/closing, maintain clean, organized sales floor and stock room.
