J.McLaughlin is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for our retail store. You will be the brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service, building relationships, and driving sales through product knowledge and personalized clienteling.

You will work with a team to maintain visual standards, participate in store events, and support daily operations while ensuring a welcoming, community-focused shopping environment that reflects our neighborhood spirit.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and accountability.
• Positive, self-motivated, and results driven.
• Adaptable to change with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task while keeping the customer a top priority.
• Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Brand Ambassador, reflecting the company culture and build relationships with clients and the community.
• Provide exemplary client service in a customer-centric retail environment to foster loyalty.
• Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and proposing relevant options to clients.
• Utilize clienteling tools to inform customers of events and new arrivals.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and replenishment while maintaining visual standards.
• Open and close procedures and perform key holder duties in the manager's absence.
