Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Murray, UT is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and helping guests find exactly what they need.

You are the face of our brand and you’ll share AE/Aerie love with every guest. You’ll educate guests on product details, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
