Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, passionate about AE/Aerie products, and focused on building loyalty with every guest.

You will engage guests, educate on products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom. Integrity and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and creating a great guest experience.
• Available for part-time shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting-room recommendations.
• Share brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
