Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in our store to bring the brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You will engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people and delivering great service.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays to match guest flow.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy and show integrity.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
