POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates who are passionate about creating memorable shopping experiences and bringing our unique brand to life at Walt Whitman Mall. You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and building genuine connections with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and build authentic relationships with customers.
• Educate customers on POP MART's collectibles, blind boxes, MEGA collections, and loyalty program.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, organizing inventory, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain store presentation and collaborate with teammates to hit daily sales goals.
