You’ll educate guests on products, promote the loyalty program, and move fluidly across store areas while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Able to educate customers on product details and features.
• Capable of promoting brand loyalty and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily store goals.
