Job summary

AEO in Clinton, CT is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who will bring our brand to life in-store, provide an amazing shopping experience, and be the face of our company. You’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model and share your passion for AE & Aerie products.

You will also promote the loyalty program, flex across the Salesfloor and Stockroom, and help teammates while upholding store policies.

Qualifications

• You can multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following policy.
• Support teammates to get the job done with a positive attitude.
