Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and concerns while upholding Crocs, Inc values.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visuals, and stockroom operations.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance objectives with effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about HEYDUDE collaborations, launches, and initiatives.
• Adhere to HEYDUDE policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
