Job summary

HEYDUDE, a Crocs, Inc. brand, is seeking a Sales Associate in Auburn Hills, MI to help create memorable shopping experiences. You will engage customers with product stories, support in-store promotions, and contribute to team goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll assist in all store departments, manage the POS system, merchandising, and inventory, and stay informed about product launches to elevate customer connections. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and strong service.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture with ideas, feedback, and concerns.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience with HEYDUDE.
• Adhere to HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
