• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Team-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and concerns with core Crocs values.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches.
